NTR and MGR are the only legends in industry: Dasari

Veteran actor and director Dasari Narayana rao, who is one of the unhappy man in the Telugu film industry, now and then spits fire on the industry people. Once again he burst on the seniors and present generation star kids, while launching of the book ‘My Days with Bahdhshah’ at Film Chamber, Hyderabad recently.
Though, he avoids taking anyone’s name on his lips he criticized the star sons and also their fathers for ruining the moral values in the Telugu film industry. He said “I believe that only there were two legends in the whole film industry in south. They are late NTR and MGR. other than them Rajnikanth is one who deserves ‘superstar’ status. All others are not worth calling themselves as an actors. None of them know anything about film production process and its technicalities. Yet, they boast themselves as stars of the industry.”
“Those who wondered around my house to enter the film industry are now wants me to salute them when they comes. Those whom I gave life and career with my films have no respect for me. The studios where even grass won’t develop, I gave it an image by making number of super hit films from it. Yet, they simply pushed me out of it after they well settled in the industry.”
“I will definitely write a book in which I reveal the ugly side of their faces in it. These people, who doesn’t know even the basics of the film production believes great technicians. Then, what about those hallmark films like ‘Mayabazar’ which still stands superior to present films that uses the latest technology. The songs in those films were recorded on single track unlike the present multiple tracks. Yet, it is superior in quality till date.”
But, what makes Dasari burst now and then on the film industry, where he spent half of his life?
According to sources from other end, say that being senior and elder of the Telugu film industry he seeks due respect from the present generation, which they always ignores to oblige. Though, he made dozens of all time hit movies in the yesteryears with all big stars of the industry, during his second innings which he starts few years ago, he is often failing with his movies, which gives him feel inferior to present generation directors, which makes him burst on them.
More over his inability to understand the technicalities of the latest technology and its use might be another irritating thing for him, while the new directors handle the same with great ease and command. While, he is expecting due respect from the industry people, the new comers, especially star sons and girls from north not even recognize him who he is. This may be the other reason for his irritation. They even won’t bother to say ‘namaskaram’ when they meet him, which he hates to watch. Dasari, who couldn’t adjust himself in an entire different working culture due to the generation gap may finds fault with his industry people. But, he is the one who strives hard for the welfare of the industry people, agrees Tollywood.
