YS.Jagan Mohan Reddy’s sister Sharmila, who becomes soft target for TDP and BJP these days, has given a fitting reply to both today tying both to each other. She said BJP is acting in the direction of Chandrababu. They allege that my husband is using religion to come to power. In fact, he has never shown any interest in politics. Our family has never let the religion comes into our way in politics. Only cowards use the religion card in politics.

She said it is pity that some leaders of her father age in TDP are trying to politicize even her leg injury and operation. She said she is ready holding their feet if they could prove she doesn’t undergo operation for her knee joint. She challenged them whether they are ready to her hold her feet and beg apology if she proves that she undergoes operation for knee joint injury.

"Chandrababu has completely brought the state to a grinding halt. It was my father, who brings back the welfare schemes to help the downtrodden. Kiran Kumar Reddy’s government also miserable failed in all sectors. People say he made their lives miserable," said Sharmila.

She told the people of Nalgonda "The state can be brought back onto track only when my brother Jagan Mohan Reddy elected to power and takes charge of the state. If, my father YSR is alive, by now all the pending projects would have been completed and farmers also happy to see the water flowing into their fields.Once Jagan Mohan Reddy comes to power, he will complete all the pending projects and make the Nalgonda district fluoride free."
