Kadapa former Mayor went underground

Ravindra Reddy, former mayor of Kadapa and brother-in-law of late YS.Rajashekar Reddy went underground after the High Court rejects his petition to stay the cheating and forgery cases filed against him by the police. He was booked for forging the signature and the official seal of the district cooperative society officer.
He has submitted the copies of his complaint in which he has forged the district cooperative officer’s signature and official seal, to local cooperative officer asking to take action against TDP and Congress parties for casting bogus votes in Pedacheppali society in the Kamalapuram mandal. However, the society officials have found that the signature and the seal in the complaint copy is fake and hence they have lodged a complaint with police, who booked cases against him for cheating and forgery under sections: 420, 468, 471, 473.
Ravindra Reddy, who was seen discussing with district collector and DCO till Wednesday evening, has suddenly disappeared fearing arrest by the police, since the HC rejects his plea. Police are now searching for him.
