By now, Congress top brass who attends the state party meetings being conducted at LB Nagar in Hyderabad might be regretting for their decision to conduct the meeting because many of its members who participates in the meeting creates an embarrassing situation for them while the media focus is on them.

When all the top leaders of party enter the venue, some people who claim themselves to be ‘Chiranjeevi Fans’ have made protests for not putting any banner carrying Chiranjeevi’s picture in the venue. They demand to put the banners of their hero, but police disperse them in no time.

After Ponnam Prabhakar’s sharp criticism on the party leadership and on CM Kiran Kumar Reddy, next comes MP Anajana Kumar Yadav only to remind the discrimination towards him by the party leadership. Addressing the meeting, “Am I not eligible to hold a Union Minister post? Out of the 22 crore yadav community in the country, I am the first to be elected as MP from my community in southern India. Yet, the party didn’t considers me for Union Minister Post? Ever since UPA comes into power, the BC community has been ignored by it. That’s why they are leaving the party. Can’t we expect some dignity in the Congress party?”

He may be expressing his unhappiness for not offering him a Union Minister Post, but actually he is pointing towards Chiranjeevi, who recently joined the Congress party and pockets Union Minister post. It is to be noted that several other leaders like Kavuri Sambhasiva rao, Rayapati Sambhasiva rao are also unhappy for party leaning towards Chiranjeevi rather than respecting their seniority and service that they have contributed to the party. Hence, his voice in the meeting is to be considered as the voice of such leaders.

Botsa carefully choosing his words has asked party high command to resolve the Telangana problem that becomes a major obstruction to the development of the state. Union Minister Jaipal Reddy, Kavuri Sambhasiva rao and some others absconds these meetings.
