Talgo can climb hills at a faster speed

MUMBAI: The trial run between Mumbai Central and New Delhi has been completed within 11 hours 48 minutes by Talgo, which is a high speed train from Spain. The trail has covered a distance of 1384 KM, carrying out at the maximum speed of 150KMPH.
According to an Indian Railway official says that, the train is able to achieve faster acceleration and deceleration, besides running at fast speeds on curves. Its coaches are lighter in weight and can hence reached destinations faster than conventional coaches that run on Indian Railways. He stated that, Talgo could negotiate curves and could climb any hills at much faster speed when compared to the conventional Indian trains.
