Passengers halt the train for being dirty

In a rare incident, the passengers have halted a train citing dirty coaches and toilets in the train. The Mumbai-Katra Swaraj Superfast Express was halted by almost 100 passengers of the train at Ambala Cantt railway station. They didn’t allow it to move until the action was taken. They didn’t even hear the request by the station master to let the train move. The officials had to summon the sanitary workers and make the toilets and coaches be cleaned. Well! if this could be the only way to let keep the railways tidy, every train should probably be halted.
