Obama intends to veto the legislation: Josh

WASHINGTON: The White House recently said that, Barack Obama, the President of United States would veto the bill that has been passed by the Republican Majority house of Representatives that, if passed, would allow victims of 9/11 attacks and their relatives to sue foreign governments suspected of backing terrorism against America.Josh Earnest, the Press Secretary of White House said that the President does intend to veto the legislation and that there was a process inside the executive branch of the US government for designating certain countries as state sponsors.Josh also said, “There are a couple of countries that fit that category. That is a serious designation”. It submits those countries to a whole list of limitations and restrictions that isolate them not just from the US, but in many cases, the rest of the world, he added.
