Fresh petition filed in Revanth’s case

PV Krishnaiah, a lawyer has filed a petition in the High Court on Friday asking to transfer TDP MLA Revanth Reddy’s case to CBI as this case is need to be deeply investigated to find the truth. Besides this, an interesting development has taken place today.
Revanth Reddy’s lawyers have applied for certified copies of Elvis Stephenson’s statement given before Magistrate two days ago. ACB also applied for the certified copies of the same. They both plan their strategies accordingly for continuing their arguments in the court when it takes up his case for hearing on June 29th. Currently, the original copy in sealed cover is with the ACB Court.
