Pawan Kalyan As Independent Candidate?

Pawan Kalyan had been into active politics from a very long time. Although he wasn't holding a post, he must have been aware that there are certain norms and rules to be followed while registering a new party. Now this last minute effort may take a lot of time. However, Pawan Kalyan and his fans still have hopes as the procedures say that he could still contest as an independent candidate without a party symbol although his party fails to register in the Election Commission. We wonder how this man missed such a simple point. Let us wait until tomorrow's meeting to say what Pawan Kalyan has to say about this !!!
