CM to review power tariff hike

Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy succumbing to pressures from inside and outside the party has said that he will review the new tariff declared by the PRC which comes into effect from today, after he returns to Hyderabad on 4th or 5th April. However, he his statement of considering the excess burden levied on the poor people only, hints that there will be no major changes in the latest tariff. He said opposition parties are merely politicizing the issue for its political mileage.
