Srinivasan! No match fixing please

N.Srinivasan, the president of BCCI, who is troubling with spot fixing scam by his son-in-law Gurunath Meyyappan somehow managed to retain his post again. But, his India Cements Company match fixing with late YSR government is forcing him to attend CBI court today.

CBI court is taking-up the charge sheet filed against India Cements Company in connection with Jagan Mohan Reddy’s disproportionate assets cases. Hence, all the accused including Jagan Mohan Reddy and BCCI Board President N.Srinivasan will have to attend CBI court on Friday to face the trial. CBI has accused that India Cements Company has invested Rs.140 crore in different Companies owned by Jagan Mohan Reddy’s companies in ‘quid pro mode’ for getting benefits from the then state government of late Rajashekar Reddy.

However, the same CBI which filed 10 charge sheets against Jagan and others has given a clean chit to Jagan in several cases stating it couldn’t find his involvement in quid pro cases. So, there will be no surprise if it allows the lawyers of the accused override its arguments in the court, if it is planning to wind-up this case also.
