Doctors at a hospital in Gwalior were performing surgeries on two women in separate operations theaters when there was a power cut at the hospital. As the generator also could not provide a power back up they were forced to operate on the women using torch lights in the operation theatre as it was pitch dark inside. The power was later restored after 15 minutes.
