The five members Shivaram Krishnan Committee constituted to study and recommend the ideal location for building new capital to residuary Andhra Pradesh state will be arriving to Vizag on Friday. The Committee headed by Shivarama Krishnan has team of experts-Jagan Shah, Ravindran, Rathin Roy and Aromar Devi as the members.

First, they will visit Vizag, Rajhamundry, Vijayawada and Guntur cities and study various aspects like availability of lands, transport, infrastructure etc. during their three-day trip that begins today.Then they visit Tirupati, Ongole, Kadapa and Karnool districts for the same purpose. Later, they will hold a review meeting at Hyderabad with state officials, who are assisting them in thier job. Once they submit their report to new government at Centre, it may take the opinion of the state government also before approving the committee recommendations.
