TRS candidate for Warangal MLC seat Konda Murali has been elected unopposed as the only one independent candidate withdraws his nomination papers today. Konda Murali is husband of Warangal (east) TRS MLA Konda Surekha. Hence they both and TRS as well is very happy for the first victory in the MLC elections. TRS is contesting for all 12 seats in the state and wins first seat even before elections begin. TRS is expecting unanimous election in 2-3 seats in its strong hold districts.

 

Konda couple have faced lots of hardships after coming out of YSR Congress party before general elections held last year. They managed to get admission into TRS and Konda Surekha become MLA. However, they feel neglected in the TRS party also. Hence, they are upset about their political future, but TRS Chief KCR honors them by giving chance to Konda Murali to contest from Warangal. Konda couple followers are celebrating Murali's victory.
