Forensic reports reached ACB Court

There was some small progress seen in the note-for-vote case on Wednesday. The Central Forensic Science Labs (CFSL) has submitted its preliminary report on the audio and video tapes given to it for analysis by the ACB officials two weeks ago. ACB officials recorded the audio and video tapes during their sting operation conducted at Elvis Stephenson’s house where they caught TDP MLA Revanth Reddy and his two followers Sebastian and Uday Simha. ACB officials want the Forensic Labs to identify the voices recorded in the tapes and certify the tapes are genuine ones and not any morphed ones. ACB officials submitted a memo to the ACB court seeking a copy of the Lab report. Based on that report, they may decide their future course of actions.

But, the Governor may ask the Telangana ACB and the AP CID to report him using his discretionary powers that he gets through Sec: 8. He may hold the note-for-vote and the phone tapping cases, because if allowed it may lead to serious problems between the two states.
