TDP president Chandrababu has completed his 12 day ‘vastunna meekosam’ pada-yatra in Warangal on Tuesday and enters Kammam district at Madiripuram village in Tirumalayapalem mandal. He will make night halt at Mission High School in the village and begins his pada-yatra from tomorrow morning.
Chandrababu, who recently crossed the 1500 km mark of his pada-yatra, is going to create yet another new record of completing 100 days of pada-yatra on Wednesday. He begins his ‘vastunna meekosam’ pada-yatra on October 2nd at Hindupur in Anantapur district and so far covered 9 constituencies in 100 days.
Hence, TDP leaders in Kammam district are planning to celebrate in a big way to mark this occasion. Senior leaders Nama Nageswara rao, Tummala Nageswara rao and party district president Koteswara rao and others have erected a huge pylon at Madiripuram Village at a cost of Rs.50 lakhs. They have used state of art technology in constructing the pylon. The pylon will be 100 feet height marking successful completion of 100 days pada-yatra by Chandrababu Naidu. Statue of party founder president and former Chief Minister of the state late N.T.Rama rao was also installed on one side of the pylon and the party symbol on the other side.
Chandrababu will inaugurate the pylon and then address a public meeting to be held near the pylon. Later, he will begin the first day of his pada-yatra in Kammam district. Party leaders have made elaborate arrangements for the inauguration of the pylon by Chandrababu.
The leaders in the district have decided to take full mileage of their party president Chandrababu’s pada-yatra in the district. They have carefully planned the road map of his pada-yatra in such a way that he will cover maximum areas and meet maximum people and party cadre during his visit in the district. It is learnt that Lokesh, Balakrishna and some others may join him tomorrow on the eve of successful completion of his 100days pada-yatra.
