On 6th of September, BJP mocked the remarks of Rahul Gandhi that were uttered on promises made to the farmers. It claims that, BJP is known for maximum agricultural growth and congress is known for “land-grab” cases.  Sudhansu Trivedi, the spokesperson said in a press conference that, Congress party’s vice president, the 46 year old Rahul Gandhi, who is the eternal youth of Indian politics, had made few remarks about the promises made to the farmers which were not acceptable. According to Trivedi, Rahul came to eastern UP during the elections season on Tuesday for seasonal expression of sympathy. Trivedi also alleged that, during congress party’s ruling the farmers were exploited and the land was grabbed in states like Rajasthan, Haryana, Maharashtra and Himachal Pradesh.
