Fried Crispy Paneer




Paneer                                                  - 300 gms
Ginger garlic paste                             - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder                                 - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder                                     - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder                       - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder                         - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala                                         - 1 tsp
Olive oil                                                 - 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying


In a wide bowl add olive oil and rest of the ingredients, except the paneer, and mix it well. Now add paneer cubes to the above mixture and mix it well. Refrigerate this mixture for one or two hours. Now add oil to a pan for shallow frying. Add this marinated paneer to the hot pan and cook it until they turn golden brown and are crisp. Once done take it out on a paper napkin and transfer it to a serving bowl and serve it with mint chutney and ketchup.
