Bobbarla vadalu



Ingredients:


* 1 Cup Soaked Bobbarlu (cow peas)

* 2 spns Rice flour

* 4 Green Chillies

* 1/2 inch Ginger

* 1/2 cup Palak (finely chopped)

* 2 spns Chenna dal

* Salt to taste

Method :

* Put all ingredients except palak and cehnna dal in grinder and grind it to paste with out water.

* Take it into a bowl and add finely cut palak and chenna dal

* Mix well and shape them into round vada. Make a hole in the middle to allow it fry properly.

* Take them out oil when they are fried till brown.

* Serve Hot with tea, or as a festival special with rice
