Employees no longer joining Start-ups

Excessively long working hours are taking a toll on the family life and health is what employees these days are citing as a reason for no longer choosing to join start ups, unlike earlier. Compared with the bright days of 2014 and '15, there was a start up boom, the mood has turned sour in the last three to six months. As the pressure in startups has escalated, young executives are increasingly seeking out the relative safety of the old economy, over the uncertainty of the startup world.
