Priyanka Chopra Signs Zanjeer Remake

Actress Priyanka Chopra has been zeroed in to play the leading lady opposite Ram Charan in his Bollywood debut movie Zanjeer. Sources say that Priyanka Chopra has been paid whopping 6 crores as the remuneration for this film. Her role is entirely different from Jaya Bachchan's character in the original and reportedly she is set to essay the role of a US returned restauranteur. The first schedule of Zanjeer has begun couple of days ago in Mumbai and Priyanka Chopra is likely to join the sets soon. Apoorva Lakhia is directing the movie produced by Amit Mehra in association with Reliance Entertainments. Zanjeer Remake will be made in Telugu and Hindi languages simultaneously.
