Venu Thottempudi further sinks in legal battle

Nampally Megistrate has directed Hyderabad Police to file a case against actor Venu Thottempudi and his associates in an old allegation related to Hydroelectric project in Uttarakand. He has been a representative for Progressive Constructions, who secured the order to construct this project.

They subcontracted to Rithwik Projects and Swathi Constructions. Rithwik Projects have started work but a dispute arose between Progressive Constructions and THDC, Uttarakhand. Both the parties went to Delhi High Court to resolve their issues. Meanwhile, Progressive Constructions terminated their contract with Rithwik.

So, Rithwik Projects MD complained to police against Progressive alleging violation of agreement and issue moved to Nampally Megistrate. Now, another case has been registered on Venu and five other people following the directives of the court. Venu did not comment about this issue anywhere.
