Panneer Burji Sandwich

 

 

Ingredients:

Bread slices               – 4

Ghee                          – 2 tsp

Oil                              – 1 tbsp

Cumin                        – ½ tsp

Garlic                         – 1 tsp

Salt                            – as per your taste

Turmeric                    – one pinch

Green chilies             – 2

Garam Masala          – one pinch

Lemon juice              – 1 tsp

Onion                        – 1

Crumbled paneer     – 1/3 cup

Tomato                     – 1

Method:

* Spread butter onto the slices and sear until one side of the slice becomes golden.

* Add one table spoon of ghee to a pan and fry cumin seeds with garlic paste.

* Add lemon juice, paneer and green chilies and mix well.

* Place the paneer bhurji onto the slices and add tomato and onion rings. 

* Cover the burji with another slice of bread.

* You can serve it directly to the guests.
