Methi Malai Paneer





Paneer                                    - 200 gms
Malai                                       - 1 1/2 cups
Milk                                         - 1/2 cup
Jeera                                      - 1tsp
Red chilli powder                    - 1tsp
Garam masala                        - 1/4tsp
Coriander powder                  - 1/4 tsp
Haldi                                       - 1/4tsp
Kasoori methi dried                - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste                 - 1tsp
Tomato                                   - 1 medium, finely chopped
salt                                         - to taste

In a pan heat oil, add jeera once it splutters add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Now add tomatoes and saute it till cooked. Now add all the spices along with methi. Saute for 1 minute. Now, add malai and milk and bring it to a boil then simmer it for 1 minute. Add paneer and simmer for 1 more minute. Garnish with malai and methi and serve it hot with butter roti.
