Ram Pothineni has taken action route for his last few films - Skanda and Double Ismart. Both of them became huge disasters and he decided to go for a breezy entertainer. Mahesh Babu, who directed Miss Shetty Mr Shetty, is directing this film. Bhagyashri Borse is playing the leading lady.
Now, the makers have unveiled the first look of Upendra as Surya Kumar in the film. For a prominent role in the film, the makers needed a majestic star and hence, they cast a sensational star like Upendra. His character will be exciting and highly effective, say makers. The actor looks stylish and charming too.
According to several reports, Upendra is playing a big Superstar and Ram is playing his fan. He works in films to meet him and what he will achieve is the story, say reports. Also, the movie is in news due to the rumors about probable real life romance between Ram and Bhagyashri.
While they remain unclarified rumors, watching Upendra and Ram side-by-side will be quiet a storm on big screen. Mythri Movie Makers are producing the film and it is being titled as #RAPO22 at this moment. Movie could release in the second half of this year. The title glimpse is releasing on 15th May.
