Trivikram's mythology comes back to original star?

Trivikram Srinivas, the highly respected and popular writer-director, has been planning to make his huge Pan-India movie on a massive scale. He has been in planning of such a big project post Ala Vaikuntapurramloo success at the box office. Due to Covid-19 pandemic and then, delays in Mahesh Babu's films, he waited 3 years.
In 2022, he wanted to start a full-length action drama with Mahesh but then their plans have changed to make Guntur Kaaram. While the movie ended up being an above average at the box office with Sankranti advantage, the director has been in plans to make his Pan-India film with mythological set-up from long.
Same in 2022, he wanted to make this mythological film with Jr. NTR. As the actor became busy with Devara post RRR, he looked towards Allu Arjun and they both wanted to take this up after Pushpa 2. But Atlee came into the equation, suddenly, and AA decided to complete his film first.
In the meanwhile, Trivikram Srinivas became even more restless and he started looking at his options. He is said to have locked his long pending film with Victory Venkatesh and one more with Ram Charan. Then, he started discussions with NTR as well, after Aravinda Sametha, the duo wanted to come together for one more film.
So, the duo have decided to take forward the mythological film plans ahead. Also, after January, February of 2026, NTR will be free from his commitment to Prashanth Neel film and while he wanted to start Devara Part 2, he wants to start this mythological film with Trivikram as well, simultaneously.
Currently, he is completing dubbing works for War 2, scheduled for 14th August release. Allu Arjun, will start his Atlee movie from tomorrow with Mrunal Thakur, say reports. Deepika Padukone has been confirmed to be part of it, too. But it will take one year to finish and hence, Trivikram is also ready to move ahead with NTR.
Incidentally, Trivikram wanted to make Kumara Swamy related Mythological story with NTR in 2022 and later, he wanted to take it with Allu Arjun but now, the movie is back to NTR. The pre-production works related to scripting and sketches for this film are already underway, say reports. Let's wait for official confirmation from the makers.
