Telangana HC grants Choreographer Jani Master conditional bail

Telangana High Court has issued popular choreographer Jani Master conditional bail in the sexual harassment case. The most in-demand choreographer has been arrested in sexual harassment case under POSCO Act after his assistant choreographer complained to Hyderabad Police.

She stated that while she worked as his assistant, she was continuously tortured and abused sexually. Jani Master has been arrested in Goa and took into judicial custody. Due to the case, his National Award has been canceled recently.

Rangareddy district court has canceled his bail plea and hence he moved to High Court regarding the same. Looking at his mother's deteriorating health and his good conduct during inquiry, High Court has granted conditional bail to him. HC has ordered him to be present for inquiry whenever police summons him.

Jani Master has been shifted to Chenchalguda Jail and he could be released tonight or tomorrow after completing the due procedures.
