“Manam” is one wonderful movie, not just for its classic content, but it being the last ever movie of legendary Akkineni Nageswara Rao. During the filming of scenes with him, actress Shriya Saran says, though everyone knows that it’s last two months of ANR, they have to hold their feelings.
“One day I’ve forgotten my lines one the set due to late turn p and changed them completely. Rather saying “Mandu Kodithey” I’ve said “Muddu pedithey” for which Akkineni made super fun. He stated there is no problem for him to kiss”, says Shriya, adding, “For this we cannot laugh because we know ANR is going to die in next couple of weeks. But he wanted to live cinema every moment. He asked us not to show sympathy on him because he is the happiest person there”.
