Same Titles for Different Stories

With the title 'Ramayya Vastavaya' there are 2 films being made in two different industries. Tolly and bollywoods. why the movies were named with the same title? even the stories are not same. directors are also different from one another. then what is the reason behind keeping the same title? and the most surprising thing is, Sruthi hasan is doing the female lead role in both the films.The Hindi film Ramayya vastavayya is being directed by prabhudeva and it is the remake of 'Nuvvu Vastanante Nenoddantana'. Director Harish shankar is doing the telugu film with same title with NTR jr. no two stories are same. the reason behind their titles is unknown to everyone except to their respectiv project teams. Hope they reveal it soon.
