Samantha has her own favorite actor and actress in the film industry. When asked who is her favorite actor during an interview, Samantha swiftly mentioned that she likes Surya and added that she was crazy about him since school days. In fact, she ended up cheering and hooting once when Surya attended her college cultural event as a chief guest. When asked whom she would choose among Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan, Samantha mentioned that she would choose Rajinikanth without a second thought.
