9 Crores For Rudhrama - Not Bad!!

Official figures of "Rudhramadevi" are yet to come out, but the first day collections are said to be rocking for this historical film that is made in stereoscopic 3D. Made with an whopping 80 crores budget, this Anushka and Allu Arjun starrer is produced and directed by Gunasekhar.

With an whopping collection of 4.12 crores from Andhra, 1.55 crores from Ceeded and 3.50 crores from Nizam, "Rudhramadevi" collected 9.17 crores 'share' from Telugu states alone. Including overseas and other territories, surely the film would have collected 5 more crores easily. That's not bad at all, provided with the negative and mixed talk surrounding the film on first day.

Until "Bruce Lee" arrives on October 16th, there is no competition for Rudhramadevi at box office. So, Gunasekhar would be safely rowing to shores if he promotes the movie well.
