Deepika's dad reacts on Ranveer's comments

Ranveer Singh who recently appeared on a celebrity chat show, went on to say that he would like to marry his Bajirao Mastani co-star Deepika Padukone as he finds her marriage material. When asked about Ranveer's remark Deepika's father Prakash Padukone, this is what he had to say, "They are adults and know what they are doing. As father, I have given Deepika the freedom to take her own decisions. Even in this case, she is free to decide whatever she wants to do". Last week, the couple planned a hand-in-hand entry at a wedding function hosted by the Ambanis. Meanwhile, both the actors are working on Padmavati, which marks theirthird association after Ram Leela and Bajirao Mastani. When the host asked the actors about their equation with each other and if there was any awkwardness due to turn of events over the years. While Ranveer denied having issues, Ranbir had an interesting response to the question. He said, “I’ve hung out with them. I think they have an amazing creative partnership on screen. And beyond that, just the way they are with each other, they really compliment each other well. They are in ways perfect to each others energies and I’m really happy for them.
