Nagarjuna Rajanna Movie Shooting Updates

Telugu movies King Akkineni Nagarjuna upcoming movie 'Rajanna' shooting is currently taking place in Hyderbad. The movie is being filmed in Kokapet and would later continue to shoot in the locales of booth bungalow, Annapurna studios and Ramoji Film City till June 26. After a break for two weeks, Rajanna unit would resume shooting from July 10 for another schedule, which might last up to one month. During this part, Rajanna unit would even complete the climax scenes and might not go to Araku.

Nagarajuna's Rajanna release date might be in September and Rajanna audio release date is expected to be in August. The makers are planning in such a way that Nagarjuna's Rajanna might will not clash with Naga Chaitanya's Dhada release. Sneha is playing heroines beside Nagarjuna. Rajanna movie story has the backdrop of the Telangana Razakar Movement in the pre-independence days and special attention has been given to the design of the costumes of that era. Also, the Art director Ravi has erected a wonderful Telangana village set of 1940s.


Rajanna is directed by Vijayendra Prasad and action episodes are being canned by ace director SS Rajamouli and the movie is produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna under Annapurna Studios.RR Movie Makers, who earlier distributed Nagarjuna's Gaganam in Ceeded is reportedly said to bagged the Rajanna movie rights for the entire AP.
