Power User Review

After his biggest hit of “Balupu”, our “Mass Maharaja- Ravi Teja’s next movie “POWER” has been a much awaited one.
However, this wait has come to an end today, bundled with too much of disappointments. Picking the stereo type roles, and same kind of performances often can bring pain to the viewer instead of entertainment.
Though Our Hero Ravi Teja, has huge fan following, they can’t watch his movies, unless they come up with something new. Simultaneously, every film maker should understand that, technology cannot change the end result of the movie but it can surely be a help to shape up better if rest of the ingredients of the movie are ok.
Here in his POWER, Raviteja looked so very old, and graphics could not cover his flaws; Heroines are as usual boring in this movie too; they are there for the name sake and for the songs as duet has to have hero and heroine. Where in movie title is so powerful, characters of heroines are weak and reason less. Even though, the Audio of the movie- POWER was good hit, but the visual treatment given to the songs, could not convince us on the Screen. Climax scenes remind you Raviteja’s earlier films ( specially in comedy scenes), in fact the entire movie looks like a patch work done from the material taken from the same hero’s earlier releases.
That ease which Raviteja demonstrates in each movie of him is missing here and as a viewer, you feel like you are punished to be seated till the end of the movie.
Storyline, Screenplay, Crew, technical values… nothing are up to the expectation but a disaster to say in brief.
“Power” failed to live up to the title where in you can see so many flaws while watching the movie.
This movie once again proved that, a Routine story, seasoned with routine treatment will just remain as failure.
