What issues is the girl facing ? all this forms the rest of the story !!!
Directed by Sunil Kumar Reddy, Okka Criminal Prema Katha hit screens yesterday. There is a twist to those audience who were expecting some exotic and sizzling hot scenes in the film. The director has designed the movie as a total message oriented film which is an essential watch for parents andyouth of today. The film beautifully and typically portrays the lifestyle of today's youth and the kind of problems faced by women these days. It is a bit difficult for an intake of bitter truth of the society but it is high time we find a resolution for these problems. The director has showcased a raw and intense real face of some issues and scenarios in the society. It is difficult for regular audience to digest it but for a person who is looking for some reality in cinema and for the one who is ready to take the pinch of guilt in it will definitely love Okka Criminal Prema Katha.
Characters of the heroine, hero Manoj, the villian uncle and others have done justice to their roles. All of them have managed to handle the intensity in their roles. However, in a commercial point of view, the director could have reduced the intensity to a certain level. We still can't ask him to do so, since that is exactly what our youth and some parents are actually facing these days. First half is lethargic but second half will squeeze audience's hearts to the core. As the censor report implies, this film is only for adults, eapecially for those who are mature. Music is a turn off and cinematography is on an average scale.
On the whole, Okka Criminal Prema Katha is a well narrated script with way too much intensity. A boring first half tests the patience of audience and an extremely hard second half throws reality on their face. The film is tough to digest but makes a lot of sense !!!
