After Akon SRK brings Ed Sheeran to Hindi Cinema

Shah Rukh Khan has been going global to collaborate with biggest pop stars and bring their music to Indian Cinema, too. The actor collaborated with Akon for his huge production, Ra.One. He wanted to take the VFX in Indian Cinema to next level with the film, he achieved it while the content did not click as anticipated. 


Akon songs - "Chammak Challo" and "Criminal" from the film have become huge chartbusters. Mainly, Chammak Challo remains a highly popular track to even today. Now, Ed Sheeran is composing a song for SRK's King. The actor did a cameo in his recent music video, Sapphire, which Ed sung with Arijit Singh. 

 


Ed Sheeran sang in Hindi for the first time and he even recorded the song in India. His video showcases the vibrance of Indian streets and celebrates the madness. While the song is growing popularity, the composer stated on his Instagram account that he is working on Punjabi version of Sapphire and Hindi song for SRK. 


Well, looks like for King, a soft re-launch of his daughter Suhana Khan, SRK seems to be going all-in. He took a break of an year and worked on the script and even brought on Siddharth Anand to direct the film as a big actioner. The movie team have recently canned a huge action sequence with SRK.
