The highly anticipated "Agent" is released recently in theatres. The film starring Akhil Akkineni and Sakshi Vaidya as leads is directed by our stylish filmmaker Surender Reddy.
The film opened to negative response from audience, critics and movie lovers alike. The film failed to have 1 week theatrical run at box office and ended up as one of the biggest disasters.
Now latest news is that the digital streaming rights of Agent are acquired by leading digital platform SonyLIV by offering a fancy price. As the audience raises complaints about technical aspects during the theatrical release of Agent, the makers are working on improvements.
A new version will be streamed on Sony Liv for digital release. According to reports, the re-editing work is still ongoing, and the movie is expected to finally make its OTT debut on June 23, 2023.
However, an official announcement from the streaming service is still awaited. Additionally, there is news that the team is also working on the addition of deleted scenes and changes in the screenplay.
