Apparently the ad of "Raja Cheyyi Veste" that features Nara Rohit and Taraka Ratna is being aired in between the breaks. This is to publicise that the audio release of the movie is being held on 25th March, and that Nara Chandrababu and Balayya are attending as chief guests.
