Nag's Royal Tribute to ANR

on Feb 6, 2014

The entire Telugu Film Industry has not come out of the loss of legendary actor ANR. The Akkineni family is still not able to believe that ANR is no more. Nagarjuna is doing everything possible to pay a royal tribute to his late father. ANR's persona and his iconic personality was always admired and his demise did create an impact in even a common man's life. He was a role model and an inspiration to many not just for his movies but also for his disciplined and organised life.

Nagarjuna had earlier informed that he would be releasing a one hour long speech of his father on his 90th birthday. This speech includes a lot of information about ANR's life and other events. Along with this, many actors have come up with the plan of organizing a candle light rally in order to pay tribute to ANR. Nagarjuna has personally planned to have an 'Annadhanam' across the state and this will take place mainly at old age homes. Nagarjuna's staff had already been appointed to take care of the process. Main cities, remote villages and towns are being concentrated. It is heard from reports that the Akkineni family will personally visit a few old age homes to host the 'Annadhanam'.
