Apparently when this young hero named his film as "Supreme" there are many repercussions from fans. Because they feel that Saidharam is not leaving anything to Ram Charan, but grabbing all titles and also remixing Chiru's hit songs.

Talking about "Supreme" titled, Sai Dharam Tej revealed that he spoke to his Pedda Mavayya immediately after they thought of naming the film with it.
