Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is one of the most awaited impending movies, and the film is set to be released in two parts. The show has a few driving legends from Tamil, and stars from across the industries. 

The spectacular teaser was unveiled today at a lavish launch ceremony in Chennai. Except for Chiyaan Vikram, who is hospitalised for chest pain, the entire cast and crew were present.

The teaser features huge and amazing sights of the entire cast. The preview, with the tag Chola's are coming, stunned everyone. The teaser shows the entire team's efforts as well as Mani Ratnam's passion for the project.

The teaser leaked before the launch and trended in social media. The first part of ‘Ponniyin Selvan‘, ‘PS-1’ is scheduled to release on September 30th, and the after-creation work of the film is going on consistently. 

‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is based on the novel of a similar title composed by Kalki Krishnamoorthy, and Mani Ratnam has made the five volumes of books into two parts of the film. The primary cast of ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ incorporates Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Vikram Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, and Vikram Prabhu, while AR Rahman is scoring the music.
