Lakshmi Manchu back in Hollywood

Lakshmi Manchu’s tryst with Hollywood continues! She is now a part of an upcoming Hollywood movie named Basmati Blues. This will be directed by a debutant director Dan Baron. The film is about a scientist creates genetically modified rice with her father, and their boss sends them to India to sell it to rural farmers. Lakshmi plays an important role of Sita in the movie. She was recently in America to complete her part of dubbing for the film. This movie also stars Oscar winning actress Brie Larson.
