Plagiarism Charge: Koratala Maintains Innocen

"As the matter is in the sub judice of the Court, I shouldn't actually comment on the issue as it becomes contempt of court. But being a writer, why would I steal some other writer's creativity?", says Koratala Siva, on reacting the Court notice sent to him.


Is already known that writer and novelist Sarath Chandra accused "Srimanthudu" team of plagiarism charges, as he argues that his novel "Chachhenta Prema" is blatantly copied to make the film "Srimanthudu". In his petition to Court, he made Mahesh Babu, Koratala Siva and the producers are culprits.


Those who have read the novel already maintained that the story of this book never uses the stuff like 'adopting' villages though it takes about relationships with various family members and not forgetting the roots.
