Kannappa trailer impresses with strong visuals

on Jun 14, 2025

Manchu Vishnu has been talking about delivering a big blockbuster with his Kannappa. He has even been stating that he worked to deliver a highly entertaining film with Bhakta Kannappa life story over a long time remarking it as his lifetime dream. The movie is gearing up for a wide release on 27th June.

The trailer of the film has been unveiled today and it impresses with strong visuals. With team preferring to shoot in New Zealand, many thought the location is hard to match with Indian geography. But visually, the makers have chosen good angles to match them with more tropical forests of Indian sub-contient to an extent.

Prabhas, Mohanlal cameos leave better impression among all in the trailer. Their lines and the characters given to them seem to have much depth than them just walking out. Akshay Kumar's look and Kajal Aggarwal are good but their dialogue delivery feels slightly odd.

Vishnu Manchu's performance becomes the key as he seems to have made many changes to popular lore. Preity Mukundhan's look is good but her performance need to live up to many expectations. Overall the visuals are impressive and how well they all hold up is to be seen.
