Former hero Jagapathi Babu has shared with public that he's happy for his character roles in Tollywood and also for singing biggies in Tamil as well. "My transition from hero to character artist helped me big. That's not just financially but I'm now able to satisfy the actor inside me", says Jaggu Bhai.
He has shared that during the bad phase of his career, he lost all his properties including his own palatial residence in Jubilee Hills. But few good people have helped him with money and he's able to recover through character roles then. Don't he feel sad for losing that hero status? "I'm not hero now. People don't call me a hero. But rest is pretty same. They treat me with same respect and heart even now on sets", says Jagapathi.
