Baahubali Effect: Tollywood Beats Bollywood

Tollywood dominates Bollywood in first half of this year by grossing more collections. While Telugu cinema grossed 2071 crores, Bollywood is restricted for second position with 1501 crores. Actually, Prabhas and Rana starrer Baahubali 2 The Conclusion directed by SS Rajamouli helped Telugu cinema to gross highest collections in Indian Box Office. Here is the list of Indian Box Office 2017 (1st Half):
Telugu Cinema: 2071 Crores
Bollywood: 1501 Cr
Kollywood: 457 Cr
Rest Of India: 1,183 Crores
