Dil Raju Steps Out, THEY Step In

From past few days there have been speculations that, producer Dil Raju backed out from producing sequel to Universal star Kamal Haasan’s Bharateeyudu titled Bharateeyudu 2 (Indian 2 in Tamil). Latest buzz is that, Tamil top production house Lyca Productions has come forward to take over the project from Dil Raju.

Actually, Dil Raju was initially interested to bankroll the project. However, he backed out when AM Ratnam, producer of Bharateeyudu, demanded a whopping amount as royalty to make the second part. Lyca Productions which is making high budget entertainers of late is ready to invest any budget on Bharateeyudu 2 which will be helmed by Shankar.

It may be mentioned here that, Lyca Productions is currently making Rajinikanth and Shankar’s Robo 2.0 and Kamal Haasan’s Sabaash Naidu.
