Nithin's Heart Attack movie under ace director Puri Jagannath is being shot at Spain. Songs are being canned between Nithin and Adah Sharma. Nithin's stylish look is going to be a highlight for the song, says stylist Neeraja Kona. Comedy scenes between Brahmanandam and Nithin were canned very recently. Anoop Rubens is scoring the music. Puri jagannath himself is producing the film in his new banner 'Puri Jagannath Touring Talkies'.
