Nithin and Puri Jagannath's Heart Attack movie is readying for 2014 Pongal release. Puri and Nithin officially stated it in their respective micro blogs. The film is said to be a love story with emotions included. Adah Sharma is making her debut as leading lady in the movie. The film is being produced by Puri himself under his own banner 'Puri Jagannath Touring Talkies'.
