Similar to tamil’s “Kanchana-2”, Raghava Lawrence’s “Ganga-Muni-3” rocked in telugu too. It shattered the box office on release day. This film is next to Rajini’s “Lingaa” , and Shankar’s ‘I’ and almost double than Suriya’s film Sikandar.

Movie critics say that Ganga was sensational in all territories and Kamal Haasan’s “Uttama Villain” delay was helpful. Even on second day the collections were steady and all the halls were fully packed. This weekend collections could be huge( Rs. 8.5 crores in Telugu alone) and might even cross 17 crore in seven days.

Ganga 1st day AP & Nizam Collections: Rs 3.55 Crore ( Nizam: 1.1 Crore, Ceded: 75 Lakh, Uttara Andhra: 29 Lakh, East: 29.90 Lakh, West: 26 Lakh, Krishna: 28.29 Lakh, Guntur: 39 Lakh, Nellore: 18 Lakh).

Raghava Lawrence is so good at pulling crowds to theatres by making horror and comedy equally. He proved once again with same genre.
